Topics Not for Discussion
Politics and religion are not to be discussed in any forum. These subjects often are very emotional and there are many different views. We therefore do not allow either to be discussed.

Content
NO nudity or links to nudity is allowed, male or female. If a post contains questionable content, either graphic or text, then it will be removed at the moderators' discretion. *NWS* (Not Work Safe) should be put in any thread that people should use caution in opening because the pictures or content would not be something you'd want to open in mixed company, but it is not and should not be used as a license to post anything.

Large Threads
Threads over 2000 replies in length will be automatically closed. This is to try to help out the site’s speed because our Database load is massive, and the CPU it takes to say find the 10th page in a 10,000 post thread takes a fair chunk of CPU load. You can of course start new threads to replace the locked ones, but they will be automatically locked after 2000 posts.

Discretion
What is objectionable to one person may not to be to another. The moderators carry sole discretion, and their decision will be final. Please respect their decisions. If you have issues with any Moderator decision, contact a Super Mod or Admin through private message.

Repeated Topics
If you do not wish to discuss something for the millionth time, please do not post in the thread. Instead of owning Noobs, help them find the information they are looking for. Do the search for them and post the results. Maybe you could also explain how you did the search and what terms you searched for so the person can learn from your example.

Everyday new people join the board and are enthusiastic about learning about modding and import tuning. Please do not ruin their experience just because they have not yet acquired the same knowledge that you have. Not everyone has spent a lot of time working on cars and we all have to start somewhere. If a member did something wrong, be straight up and tell them. There is no reason for sarcasm, just share your knowledge with others and perhaps you will learn something new in the process.

If you want to own someone, please take it to Off Topic.

Problem with a thread
If you see a thread that doesn't belong here, use the 'report post to moderator' button and we will move it asap. This can be used to report a scammer, someone that is being rude, someone who is just a troll, etc.

Common Sense
If you choose to click on a thread without a **NWS** warning because it has not been placed yet, but it is clear from the title of the thread that there is going to be offensive material, it is not our fault that you did not use common sense. We will not be held responsible if you get fired from work for viewing questionable content.

We will also not be held responsible for your underage child viewing questionable content. Every effort will be made to prevent this from happening but we cannot edit every thread before someone is able to see it.

Posting Hot Babe's and the Hot Babe Thread
Must have a work warning. Specific rules in regards to posting up pictures of "hot babes." No nudity. This includes digitally altering an image to "block" nudity. We will remove these types of images. No bare ass. A thong (no matter how thick or thin it is) needs to be fully worn.

Chances are that if it is not allowed at a public beach or in Maxim, it is not allowed here in Off Topic. If you wish to post nude photo's and such, I highly recommend buying a Premium Membership. We will have a section where anything goes for members who help contribute to the site.

Pyramid Schemes
Do not post pyramid or chain letter schemes. All threads related to such schemes will be deleted. (This includes signature content regarding these type of schemes. For example, you cannot have referal links in your signature or anywhere else on the site. If you have been warned and do not remove the content, we will remove it for you).

Reposts
If the repost is from a thread that is over 30 days old, we'll allow it to stay. If you are going to call repost, provide a link to the previous thread, or your post will be deleted.
All posts after the first claim to repost that say anything along the lines of "repost" or "IBTL" will not be tolerated.

Software Piracy
Software piracy in any form is neither supported by nor condoned by JDMcentral. Any and all threads about or containing file-sharing or file-hosting will be closed. Any attachments that are found to be piracy related will be removed.

Vids and/or Pics of Animal Cruelty
Under no circumstances are any threads allowed with vids or pics of any form of animal cruelty. If you are unsure about something being cruel, do not post it. Any member posting such content will be subject to an immediate temporary ban.

No Racism
Any members found posting racist remarks, sending racist private messages, etc., regardless of which race it is in reference to, will be evaluated, warned, suspended or possibly banned.

Flaming
Please be respectful of other members. Flaming will not be allowed. If someone is really asking for it, please be respectful when putting them down. There are nice ways to get your point across.

Grammar/English
I know we are not in school but please try to use proper english when posting on the site. There is no need to point out if someone mispells a word and no action will be taken in these situations. If the post is so poorly written that nobody can understand what you are saying, we will ask you to edit your post.
